Election Day, sign up to spend part of the day with me waving at folks as they arrive at the Jaycee Activity Center to vote.

I will attend the Lone Oak Picnic Saturday, July 29th. It is an “old style political picnic with singing, BBQ, drinks, games for the kids and political speeches”. Admission is free. Please join me and show your support. Political speeches begin around noon. It is at the Lone Oak Picnic Grounds in Cunningham.

“Walk the District II" Please join me for another day of canvassing. We will meet at the Super Giant Dairy Freeze, 1042 S. Riverside Drive, at 10:30 AM, return there for a free lunch at 12:30 and continue canvassing until 3 PM. If you miss us at 10:30, please come at 12:30 for the afternoon walk.
I will have clipboards with lists of registered voters organized by street. Volunteers will go out in teams to hand out information on my candidacy, place yard signs and remind people to vote. It will be a hot and humid day, please dress accordingly.

Educator’s Day will be Saturday, July 15th; a day that all educators can demonstrate their support through canvassing the district. We will meet at Red's Smoke House on the corner of Riverside Drive & Crossland Avenue at 11 AM, return there for a free lunch at 12:30 and continue canvassing until 3 PM. Please let me know if you will attend so we can get lunch ordered and help me spread the word to all educators. Let's “Walk the District” together.
The Clarksville-Montgomery County Education Association stated in their endorsement of my candidacy,
”We are proud to support pro public education candidates and feel confident that [Gregg] will be a friend to education on the Commission”.

Plans are underway for our own voter registration drive this Saturday. We are targeting an area in District 5 that has low voter registration. I will setup my canopy in the parking area of the Quick Stop Market, 902 Greenwood Avenue. It is on the corner of Greenwood Avenue and Woodmont Boulevard. We will be giving away hotdogs and plan to canvass the areas around the market. This Saturday's Voter Registration Drive is to better activate the community of people who are not registered and to better inform them of the election process.

I will attend the Clarksville NAACP Community Voter Mass Registration Drive & Rally which will take place on June 10, 2006 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the parking lot in front of Chuck’s Furniture Depot, 1600 Fort Campbell Blvd. in Clarksville.

I will attend the “Meet the Candidates” event at 5:30 p.m. Monday at the Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library. The event is sponsored by Montgomery County Democratic Women and is open to the public.
